This project showcases Vérian Design’s signature metallic epoxy flooring system, installed in a luxury home in Richmond Hill. The client desired a reflective, fluid surface that blended contemporary architecture with artistic depth. Using high-grade metallic pigments and 100% solid epoxy, our team created a seamless, mirror-like floor that enhanced natural light and complemented the home’s minimalist interior. The final result — a durable, low-maintenance surface that feels as elegant as it looks.

Challenges:
The existing concrete base had uneven surfaces and micro-cracks from previous renovation work. We performed precision grinding, patching, and moisture testing to ensure optimal adhesion. The client also requested a custom metallic pigment blend, which required extensive sampling and lighting evaluation to achieve the perfect reflective tone.
